During my time of working with Sublime we worked on a new way of using the already in use colour wheel.
The usage at the time had a strong emphasis on green, black and white with a subtle touch of blue. While the green remained at the heart of Sublime’s visual style we started introducing yellow, orange and purple to create a more diverse feel which represents Sublime’s brand identity and sound.
As a vehicle for this new use of colour we introduced an abstract vinyl record. This element eventually found it’s way into the campaigns, website, logos and social media content.
